This is a LOW BUDGET INDIAN Bodybuilding DIET plan for Lean Muscle Gain- Indian Bodybuilding. Hope this lean bulking diet (lean gain diet / lean body diet) plan helps you guys out. People ask me "Lean muscle kaise gain kare" my answer is be in a small caloric surplus and aim for atleast 0.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight. This is a muscle gain diet. Diet plan lean muscle, this video will help you understand your protein sources and your food sources.
I will show you my full day diet for lean bulking which is very affordable. Hope you guys found value in this video along with some entertainment haha.

Bohot log mujhe poochte hai, lean muscle gain kaise kare. mera answer hai ki aapko khaana hai 0.8 grams of protein per pound of your bodyweight aur saath mein rehna hai ek 150-300 ki calorie surplus mein. Hope is video se aapko knowledge aur motivation mili.

-1st MEAL- 4 Whole Eggs + 2 Egg Whites + 4 slices of bread (28g per slice, 112g total)

-2nd MEAL- 3 chapatis (50g each) +100g boiled potatoes + 1 bowl of any green vegetable
Calories- 441
Carbs- 78g
Protein- 14g
Fat- 10g

- 3rd MEAL- 4 slices of bread + 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter + 300 ml milk
Calories- 661
Carbs- 69g
Protein- 26g
Fat- 29g

- 4th MEAL- 200g Chicken (weigh after cooking) + 3 chapatis (50g each)
Calories- 660
Carbs- 60g
Protein- 74g
Fat- 16g

- 5th MEAL - 80g Dal (weigh raw) +250g rice (weigh boiled)
Calories- 580
Carbs- 114g
