This video is about gaining mass without supplements and in very cheapest way..
Pre-workout meals:(Before Workout)
We should take carbs(carbohydrates) before our workout because when we lift weights in the gym, our body needs glycogen so glycogen is present in carbs that we eat before our workout.
our body performes well while we workout in the gym or at home and also gives the best pump and results.
We should also take some protein before our workout because proteins are the source of energy which we need to perform our best in the gym and when we workout, the proteins(Actin and Myosin) which are present in our muscles breakdown so for completing the deficiency of protein in our muscles, we must take protein before our workout.
Fats are not that bad, taking healthy fats before your workout satisfies your body and u perform well in the gym.
Post-workout meals:(After Workout)
We should take carbs after the workout because when we do our workout in the gym, the glycogen that is present in our muscles breaks down and for the recovery of that glycogen, we have to take carbs after our workout. This leads to massive results and growth!
We should take proteins after our workout because when we lift weights in the gym, the proteins(Actin and Myosin) that are present in our muscles break down and for the recovery for that proteins, we should take protein after our workout. This leads to fast recovery and massive growth!
We can also take fats after our workout. Fats are not that bad if taken healthy. This is also good for the growth of our mass!
BEST SOURCES OF PROTEIN:
4)Dairy products like, Milk, yogurt, cheese.
5)Beans and legumes(Such as lentils and chickpeas)
6)Seeds and Nuts
BEST SOURCES OF CARBS:
2) Whole fruits: Apples, Oranges etc.
3)Nuts: Almonds, peanuts, Walnuts etc.
4)Seeds: Pumpkin seeds etc.
5)Whole grains: Brown rice, Oats
BEST SOURCES OF FATS:
