I tried the MILITARY DIET for 3 days! This diet consists of 3 days of low-calorie meals followed by 4 days of ~1500 cals. If you follow this, you can supposedly drop 10 POUNDS in a week. Due to the pandemic happening right now, I had to substitute regular yellow bananas for red bananas (they were out of yellow bananas at my grocery store). I also subbed veggie hot dogs for meat hot dogs because I do not eat red meat, pork, or "mystery meats" like hot dogs. Let me know what you think of this kind of diet! Do you think you would ever try this?

I do not think I need to lose weight (I'm at an average, if not below average weight, for my age and height). ALSO, I realize it is a privilege to decide all of the food that I eat and have all of the food options that I have. I am grateful to normally be able to run to the grocery store whenever I want to pick up whatever food I want and to not have to worry about ever going to bed hungry.
