This salad is good for those who are on diet, this recipe will give you the full nutrients that your body needs yet will not destroy your diet plan. It simple and easy to make.
1. Potato - 2 pcs small
2. Tuna - 1 can
3. Onion - 1 pc
5. Green Olives - (optional)
6. Salt and black pepper
7. Olive Oil - 2 tablespoon
Cook first the sliced potatoes in a boiling water with pinch of salt for 7 mins.
In a bowl: put all the ingredients and mix all together. Then put salt and black pepper, olive oil and squeeze the half of lemon. Serve in a plate and garnish some parsley. You can eat right away or cool it in afridge for few minutes. And you have a healthy diet food!
